I'm happy to guide you on your journey towards your best sounding body!
Thoughout my life I’ve explored different kinds of movement - from the usual walking/ running/ biking to rollerblading, skating, snowboarding, xc skiing, boxing and more subtle and refined movement arts such as yoga, qigong/ tai chi.
Freedom of movement has always been very important to me.
Alongside movement, there’s been an exploration of healing modalities that helped me thru years of running around working at a gas station or a restaurant, 5 full seasons of farming and teaching snowboarding. I’ve had few injuries along the way. Massage was one of the things that helped me to rejuvenate my body, ease the pain from repetitive use of my muscles and then open up restrictions from habitual posture or build-up fascial scar tissue.
Now, having put myself thru Rolfing series, massage school and full body myofascial release, I have a whole new body awareness. And I desire to share all that with those striving for a better quality of being in their bodies.
My approach
Specializing in Myofascial Release with use of Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy and Swedish Massage techniques, our sessions are meticulously tailored to each client. Ideal for active individuals and those aspiring to regain freedom of movement. We address old traumas and injuries, stress from repetitive use of muscles and help you find relief from pain, create more space and ease within the body.
